Shipping Protection helps cover eligible orders in the event of:
Lost packages
Packages damaged during transit
Packages marked as delivered but not received
If you purchased Shipping Protection with your order, we’ll work with you to help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
What’s Covered
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window and appears to be lost in transit, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or unusable due to shipping-related issues, please contact us with photos of both the item and packaging.
Delivered but Missing
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please first check around your property, with neighbors, and with your local carrier. If the package still cannot be found, you may submit a claim.
What’s Not Covered
Shipping Protection does not apply to:
Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout
Packages delayed due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or high shipping volume
Missing packages after confirmed delivery where no reasonable evidence is provided
Orders that were intentionally refused by the customer
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
How to File a Claim
To request assistance, please contact our support team and include:
Your order number
Your full name
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item and packaging, if applicable
Any relevant delivery or tracking details
Please report any issue within:
7 days of the marked delivery date for lost or missing packages
7 days of delivery for damaged items
Resolution Options
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following:
Replacement shipment
Store credit
Refund, where applicable
The resolution offered may depend on product availability, claim type, and order details.

Shipping Protection is optional and must be selected at checkout to apply.
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a claim.
Shipping Protection covers shipping-related issues only and does not extend the product warranty.
